The Science and Technology Education Center (SciTEC) at Louisiana Tech works with the New Frontiers Seminar Series to promote community outreach.  This has included assistance with community lectures by our guest speakers and events with local childrean groups, including the Boys and Girls Club of North Central Louisiana.

The Louisiana Tech School of Design works with the New Frontiers Seminar Series to create scientific illustrations for the series brochure cover and other advertising materials.  The on-going collaboration centers around a digital painting course where students compete for the cover illustration, providing the unique opportunity for students to work with a client and for thier work to gain recognition and distribution.

The Office for Women in Science and Engineering supports professional development of female faculty across disciplines.  They have collaborated with the New Frontiers Seminar Series to support professional development workshops by some of the guest speakers.
